Custom-made
Our welded sheaves are designed according to your specifications and requirements and are made according to international standards in such a way that our sheaves are as light as possible, and yet as strong as required for the application. Resistance to fatigue is one of the most important design requirements for dynamically loaded mechanical parts. We at C.u.A. Heiderich GmbH have proven over and over again that we know how to design and fabricate sheaves that can cope with severe conditions. We are able to deliver sheaves in every thinkable configuration, according to your requirements, even for one-offs or small quantities!
In-house
The design and production of our welded sheaves is in the capable hands of our skilled and motivated employees. This means that we ensure high quality products which you can rely on.
Our factory is based in Ennepetal, south of Dortmund, in the southern part of the Ruhrgebiet, one Europe’s most important industrial areas. The quality slogan ‘Made in Germany’ is certainly applicable to our products!
Quick delivery
Although our sheaves are designed and manufactured custom-made, our in-house production is organised in such a way that we are able to realise short delivery times, if required. We understand your needs and requirements and are dedicated to the fulfilment of your demands.
Certified
Of course, our manufacturing processes are certified by first-class quality and classification societies, such as TüV-Nord, DNV-GL and ABS. In addition, our products can be supplied with product certification by DNV-GL, ABS, LR, BV and many more.

Most important for us is not only our ability to fulfil all technical requirements and delivery schedules but also to be a reliable partner for our customers in all aspects.
